Types of air flow conveying system:
Dilute-phase conveying: Solid content should be below 1-10 kg/m3, operating air flow 18-30 m/s, and conveying distance within 300m.
Dense-phase conveying: Solid content should be below 10-30 kg/m3. There is not strict requirement on operating air flow. It is applicable to long-distance conveying.
Negative pressure conveying: Self-priming feeding, but discharging under negative pressure. This system is used for short-distance conveying.
